- Okay....you must register to become a member of the Buyer's Club. You'll have 30 days to accumulate the required purchase amount and receive your discount and free gift.
- The clock starts ticking the day you make a purchase, that is day 1. You are not tied into any one particular Club level, please feel free to purchase as much as you want within 30 days of your first purchase! :-)
- Within 30 days of your first purchase after registering for the Buyer's Club, if you have not purchased the minimum amount to meet a membership threshold, (that being 100 dollars) within those 30 days....you will not receive a discount or free gift with your next purchase. :-(
- After meeting any of the Club membership thresholds, you will receive a coupon code exclusive to your Club membership ID. (which you will receive when you register) This coupon is good for only one transaction, once used, it can't be used again.
- Should you meet the lower tiered membership thresholds within 30 days of your first purchase, but then go on to meet higher thresholds later in the 30 day window. The first coupon sent to you will no longer be valid, the new higher value coupon and gift amount will supplant the old coupon and gift amount.
- You will only be able to redeem one coupon and free gift per purchase. When you redeem a coupon you reset the 30 day window you are given in which to achieve another coupon and free gift.
- The coupon code and free gift you've earned will no longer be useable/available 30 days after you receive your coupon. In other words...use it or lose it!
- All Missouri state sales taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, unless we are provided with a Missouri "Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate"
- We make no guarantees that products on our website inventory will be in stock, this includes any free gift you may choose. We will however give you a raincheck for any free gift you wanted which may not be in stock at the time you wanted it. Although you'll lose the coupon if you don't use it, you'll never lose the value of the gift.
- Last but not least....VERY IMPORTANT.....we encourage you to make your first purchase which immediately qualifies you to earn a coupon/gift on your next purchase. Your earned "credits" don't roll over so to speak....ya got to use them or lose them just like the coupon you earn.
For example, should you purchase 40 dollars worth of bugs one week, and 40 dollars worth of bugs the next week, and you come back the week after expecting to make another 40 dollar purchase earning you a discount/free gift....only to find we are out of stock of the item(s) you were wanting to purchase.....you run the risk of not getting any discount or free gift at all if we don't have what you need within the aforementioned 30 day window you are given to earn a discount/free gift. You would be better off making a 50 dollar purchase one week, then a 2nd 50 dollar purchase the following week, which would automatically give you the CLUB100 discount and free gift.
Another example...you purchase 100 dollars worth of product on your very first purchase. The 30 day countdown begins and you are given a discount code and free gift good on your next purchase. Two weeks later you want to make another 100 purchase...you have a choice to make. You can use the discount you earned on your first purchase for this 2nd purchase saving you some money. But once redeemed, a discount code is no longer good and a new 30 day window begins. If you don't redeem that code right away and go on to make another purchase which qualifies you for lets say the CLUB250 discount/gift within the original 30 day window....you then earn a greater discount and more valuable free gift. So, you can either redeem your coupon and save on your very next purchase...or not redeem it and build towards a larger discount...please keep in mind you only have 30 days to reach a higher membership level and you can't have two valid coupons at the same time.
We reserve the right to limit the amount of members in the Buyer's Club based primarily on inventory levels and needs of all the members. As Spock said to Capt. Kirk while dying in a matter/anti-matter reactor....."Jim, the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few...."
